My Life In The Last Bench

Well today was my english exam. And till yesterday i didnt know anything about language.

If i have to thank someone thats Niks- my friend without whom i had no chance of passing.

Any ways i reflected why I was in such a condition. And yesterday i realised in that process that i had lived all of my class life in the last bench. This is the story of "the last bencher who dreamed"....yeah all my dreams have been concocted in the comfort of the last bench , all my stories have taken place in its cozy area. And if i remember something from my school days that is the " Last Bench ".

I should start with how i came to the last bench. I was a chronic first bencher in my 11 days. Always the teacher's boy. The pure geek who listened to whatever the teacher said. But after I realised it had not helped my growth in any way (u see i was stuck with 11 course)..i decided the first day of my 12 ...to change my past and see what was the spice of the last bench. And believe me guys , today in whatever position i m its all thanks to the last bench. I realised there only that what mattered was productivity not show. And hence i raise a toast to all last benchers.

let me tell my some snippets of my life in the last bench. The last bench is the perfect place to observe people you know. U can see for yourself the things that people are doing inside the class. And that is very interesting. As u see only the nerds at the first are listening in a boring class , rest are amusing themselves. Most of then are interested in sleeping or playing games with their partner. U know in dese last bench adventures i became the king of "cross-n-noughts". Now i can challenge anyone that nobody can beat me there.U can also see the chalk fights. And i firmly believe the commandos of our army are born from there. Its takes great srvival instinct to win there.

Last bench is pretty exciting. And my partner in crime was the evergreen Bitopan ....later on Mrinal was also to the group. We used to discuss mainly about how the college life would be, what would each one of us do dere, n also discussed the latest scandals....(i claim this that there is not a story in our school that is spicy and not known too us)...umm and yeah we used to discuss about the "ahem" dresses worn by our *various* dresses...some were too outrageous(No Money No Car No Chance and Soft touch were classic)...n some were too sucking for an opinion. And i dont forget the duels in multiplayer golf too. they were so good.
And add those conversations(paper mein) with SRK. i got the hottest news from there.

As an previous alumni of the last bench , I would add that life in the last bench is something that is the most exciting things in school. I miss my last bench n owe it a lot towards my development.

(P.S.: I m launching my guest coloumn in a few days. And my first guest writer will be someone who will tell us about her "Life in IIT- Delhi"...so stay tuned.)
